Ayam Pansuh- The Iban dish of Manok Pansoh (ayam Pansuh) or chicken in bamboo is a must delicious food. The chicken was cut off into pieces, added by some mushrooms, lemongrass and tapioca leaves then stuffed all of it into bamboos and cooked it over an open fire.
